Paul Toennis focuses his practice on representing the interests of injured workers. Paul is familiar with all procedural and substantive aspects of the Montana Workers’ Compensation Act. Paul is acquainted with the majority of the claims examiners and insurance carriers in the State of Montana and uses this knowledge in representing workers struggling with their cases.
